- Kate's dress is exquisite, & not much like Grace's. Yes, both had lace bodices, long sleeves, and full skirts, and were white. But Grace had a high neck, fitted bodice to waist only, and a simple full skirt. Kate had an extended bodice, V neck, pleated full skirt with an overlay peplum.

- Rye is not gluten-free. Neither is barley. Even grains without gluten are contaminated if they are milled & processed in a facility which also processes wheat, rye, barley, etc.

- Health insurance for the family, all holidays + vacay, travel allowances in some cases, generous sick leave & disability, o'time, pension @ 45k is for low level starters. Most get a lot higher pay.

Yes
- I expect good food & a pleasant environment. Screaming kids ruin that & I won't revisit a place which allows that. Won't tip much either.
